Terms of Service
These terms describe your use of SMGR (Social Manager) at smgr.at. SMGR is operated by MPI GmbH.
MPI GmbH General Terms (AGB)
Business customers are also subject to the current General Terms and Conditions of MPI GmbH, available at mpi-erp.at/agb. In case of conflict, the written subscription agreement and checkout terms prevail for SMGR billing.
1. Service
SMGR provides workspaces, brands, content planning, AI-assisted drafts, competitor intelligence, and scheduled publishing via connected social platforms.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate registration data and keep credentials secure.
- You need rights to connect and publish on the social accounts you manage.
- Workspace owners are responsible for invited members and their actions.
3. Subscriptions and trial
- Paid plans are billed in EUR via Stripe unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Trials may require a payment method; billing starts when the trial ends unless cancelled in time.
- Prices and tiers are shown on the billing page; annual plans include the discount stated there.
4. Acceptable use
Do not violate platform rules, send spam, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to bypass quotas, security, or billing. We may suspend access for material breaches.
5. AI content
AI outputs are suggestions. You must review and approve content before publishing. Platform AI is subject to monthly quotas per tier; Business workspaces may use BYOK keys.
6. Third-party services
Meta, TikTok, Stripe, and AI providers have their own terms. We are not liable for third-party outages or policy changes.
7. Availability
SMGR is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Maintenance may occur with or without prior notice in emergencies.
8. Termination
You may delete your workspace. We may terminate for cause including non-payment or abuse. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Law and language
Austrian law applies. The contract language is German where the MPI GmbH AGB apply; these SMGR product terms are provided in English for convenience.
Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
